Under a Master Lease, that is our risk: you still receive your agreed rent. Under Property Management, we handle arrears and follow-up on your behalf.
Who pays for maintenance?
The agreement spells this out before you sign. Nothing is left to be sorted out later.
Can I exit if it is not working?
Yes. Our agreements include a trial break clause and a defined handover process.
Is there a fee on the Master Lease?
No. Nuro earns from the difference between the rent it pays you and the rent it collects, not from a management fee.
